电动瓷砖填缝机简介

OKK海特电动瓷砖填缝机又名电动瓷砖勾缝机、裂缝电动灌浆机，是海特机械结合德国传动技术研发的一种填缝工具，代替人工填缝施工，具有高效、节能、降耗、小巧轻便、强制补缝、操作维护简单，普通员工无需特殊培训则可操作的特点。

目前建筑施工在砌砖、贴瓷砖、贴板材，板料与板料之间存在一定的缝隙用来填入相对的颜色砂浆，达到整体美观的外墙壁装饰。缝隙约在5mm-25mm，为将此间隙填补既有利于墙体和地板的美观又利于物体的牢固性。施工中大多采用人工用木条、铁板甚至用手，然后小量将粘结剂慢慢填补缝隙，或者大面积抹涂后再针对缝隙大小，用铁线对准缝隙慢慢压平粘结剂，等待物料干结后再二次清洗砖面，遇到光滑面砖可以清洗干净，如砖面是亚光或者不平整文化砖，则无法清洗，造成施工赔偿等纠纷，5000年传统的施工方式总之是耗材费力。电动瓷砖填缝机解决了所有的麻烦事，填缝不再是一件烦琐的工作。
